What utilities do residents pay at Amarillo Square?
Residents are responsible for setting up their electricity and internet services. Water will be billed on allocation of your apartment size and number of occupants. You will pay your water bill along with your rent. Pest Control and Trash will be $25 and is paid with your rent.
Is parking available at Amarillo Square?
Yes, we offer surface parking, and assigned/reserved parking options are available for an additional monthly fee.
